AG Studio's first wedding was April 1995. When it started out I was using 35mm and 120 roll film you had to know your lighting and make every image count there wasn't any retakes back then!! I still use that diligence and technical ability to this day.
I am quite honoured that my clients choose AG Studio to capture their special moments and that other photographers take inspiration from me but I feel that the quality, no gimmick, no hard sell services are unrivalled!

Our wedding was made all the more special thanks to Mark he managed to capture absolutely everything from our special day and even managed to get some wonderful pictures of our 1 yr old son smiling which was an achievement in itself. Mark is simply awesome! From the moment we met with them at Salmestone Grange, we knew we were onto a good thing! Professional from the outset, Mark was always on hand for any questions I had. The engagement shoot really put us at ease and was a good opportunity to get to know each other properly which meant, come the big day, we were all comfortable in each others company. The wedding disc at the end was utterly amazing and has brought tears to my eyes every time! The music he chose was so fitting and it flowed so well. We haven't just booked a wedding photographer. As far as we're concerned, we've got a photographer (and friend) for life and will definitely be using him again (in fact....next on my list is for my dog to have his portrait done!). Well what Can I say! Im sure I can freely speak for both myself and my "Husband" when I say Mark at AG Studio really!!! helped to make the day such a success. His guidance and direction along with his calm, relaxed, friendly attitude and professionalism actually made us forget any akwardness that having a camera pointed at you can cause. He mixed in with all our other guests who themselves have all since commented on what a great person he is and how well he knows his stuff! The kindness he show and the ideas and inspiration he possess not only as photographer but that also as individual is so heart warming and I would not hessitate in recommending his services to anyone for any occasion or event. Where do we start! From the first meeting in studio to discuss wedding packages to our last dance and cutting our cake Mark went above and beyond. We could not have wanted for more so easy to work with and nothing too much trouble. Mark was amazing the morning off our wedding giving me little tips and helping everyone he was like a part of the wedding party. And the photo's taken in the room were a lovely surprise too see as I was unaware if most of them being taken Mark was very discreet. They really were there for us all day even being a mechanic when the best man and grooms wedding car kept breaking down. They took us to so many locations for our photo's so we have such a variety which I really wanted and so many beautiful natural photo's capturing lovely moments and memories with our family and friends. We picked up our DVD and photo disc on Friday. The work and time put in to making this must have hours it is amazing and made us cry. We really can't thank you enough for everything you have done for us, the attention to detail and all the little extra's. You really made everything very easy going. Also you were fantastic with our little boy Max who is only 3 and very lively lol. Thank you for making us feel relaxed in your studio with him and the photo's you took of are so natural he looks adorable and you took the most beautiful photo's of our daughter saffie she is smiling beautifully and not pouting lol. Fantastic photographer! Mark made us as a family feel so at ease we didn't feel as if we were posing for shots.
